Rose Willard Delaware Personal Trainer

Rose Willard, a cofounder of Paradigm Fitness LLC, has eighteen years of competitive figure skating experience. Rose has a formal education in health and wellness, holding a Bachelor’s degree in exercise science from the University of Delaware. She is certified to teach Pilates and has been a personal trainer in the Newark and Wilmington, DE area since 2000. She also coaches figure skating.
