I love this place. Absolutely love this place. I've been getting training here for the last 4 months or so, and it has been wonderful. I have felt stronger and even got a diet plan that (when I follow) makes me feel amazing.
You do feel like a valued customer when you're there...everyone greets you, supports you, asks how you are. I never thought I'd feel comfortable in a gym, especially with personal training. Now, I can't imagine my weeks without my 2 sessions!
Paradigm is an excellent training facility. No matter what fitness goals you are trying to reach they have a trainer that will help you achieve it. I would recommend Glynn!
I found the nutrition plan he made extremely helpful with my crazy work schedule! Not to mention he gives a kick ass workout! I would definitely recommend paradigm fitness to anyone!
I visited Paradigm Fitness almost 2 years ago and have never entertained the idea of discontinuing my training. The studio is perfect for training as opposed to big gyms with all kinds of distractions and crowds.
The one on one training offered is excellent and personalized. I never got bored with my sessions since the exercises are not the same each time. Glynn is the ultimate professional and incredibly knowledgeable. My trainer is Sam who is not only a wonderful trainer but a great person. Sam has always gone the extra mile to adjust her schedule when ours conflicted. Check it out - you will be glad that you did.
I worked with a trainer at a gym close by and felt like I was the least of his priorities and I made very little progress. I’m having a blast at Paradigm and continue to make amazing improvements week after week!

Get this!!! Got on the scale this morning. I’m down to 213!!!! That’s 33lbs lighter since starting with you! Old goal was 215. Oh well, I think 205 would be a good new goal. Thanks for kicking my butt!
My clothes keep getting looser and I continue to have more and more energy throughout the day! I never imagined it would be this easy to make such great progress!

Everything is working out very well with Angie. We get along great during our sessions. She is very easy to talk to and I have fun. I do feel that she pushes me hard, but in a good way. She is very encouraging and motivating. I am very happy and I have noticed the results from our sessions. I look forward to coming back each week and I would recommend your services to anyone.
Its sadly ironic – yesterday I was thinking all day about how great this experience has been and how real the stakes are when you’re playing with your health. Today I found out that an old friend of my family had a stroke, a guy I grew up with. He’s only 35. He’s alive, but its a shock to say the least. This training is not anything I would’ve seen myself doing a year ago. Yet it really is one of the best decisions I’ve made, and easily the most guilt-free money I’ve ever spent. I really appreciate the effort you make each week. The way you lead and instruct your program makes it fun and stimulating. You make me want to push myself toward constant self-improvement. I’ve never been motivated like that before. I’m now a firm believer that the work you do really does save lives, even if we don’t see the proof day to day.
